Does cleaning harm your carpet?
No it does not, when cleaned properly. Carpet Services takes great pride in our cleaning process.
Carpet Services uses a Truck Mounted
Steam Cleaner. It thoroughly cleanses the carpet fibers while leaving the backing untouched.

Will you leave soap in my carpet?
Rinsing the soap out of the carpet is critical to keep the carpet from soiling to soon. This also leave the fibers in perfect condition to accept Scotchgard Carpet Protector.

How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
The major nylon manufactures recommend cleaning your carpets annually. This cuts down on abrasion wear. Steam Cleaning your carpets also rejuvenates nylon texture.

Do you move furniture?
Not as a standard procedure. We ask that the customer be responsible for moving as much furniture as possible to keep the cost down. The amount moved will vary from home to home.

Can you work around furniture?
Yes we can, however, we do ask that you move as much of the little objects (chairs, end tables, plants, breakables, etc) as possible.

How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
Drying time will vary depending on the humidity conditions. The average drying time is between 4-6 Hours. Drying time can be greatly enhanced by running ceiling fans and or portable fans.
For best results, do not walk on your carpet until it is completely dry!
